Launch of Russian Spaceship With New ISS Crew Failed

According to Russian media reports, the launch of a manned Russian space capsule to the International Space Station ISS failed.

Soyuz rocket carrying crew to ISS malfunctions during launch. The crew, the American Nick Hague and the Russian Alexei Ovchinin were forced to make an emergency landing. Reports say both survived. The spacecraft landed about 20-25 kilometers from Zhezkazgan, central Kazakhstan. Helicopters were sent to pick up the crewmembers.
